Jesus Christ’s disciples followed His teachings. Being the new disciples, the aspirants of religious life get a good training in spiritual life. We have six years of formation in which the candidates undergo a thorough transformation. This period enables them assess their calling, besides providing opportunities for fostering their individual talents, both intellectual and spiritual.

Blessing of our new Novitiate House  was held on 23rd Sept. 1998 by Mar George Valiamattam, our Archbishop. The house is located at the Generalate campus itself. It is a quiet location away from the din and turmoil of the town.

The house is aimed for the metamorphosis of candidates to imitate the life of the Holy Family of Nazareth. Focusing on the integrated development of the candidates, we arrange classes on different subjects by experts. Rev. fathers from the Good Shepherd Major Seminary, Kunnoth, as well as visiting fathers, take classes for the candidates.
